Consultations

A consultation is a 60-minute one-on-one confidential discussion with me about your immigration situation.

The discussion will include the options for your case, the proposed attorney fees and other costs, any additional research needed to fully advise you about your case, and potential risks and challenges.

After the consultation, if you want to move forward and we decide to take your case, I will send you a proposed contract with details about the representation, the fees and costs and the payment schedule. Having a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship, which only happens when we sign a written contract.

Consultations are by Zoom or telephone so that consultees do not have to travel and to reduce risks due to COVID.

Consultations are at a flat fee of $200 – payment is due in full before the consultation. The consultation fee can be paid by credit card, Zelle or personal check.
