CONSULTATIONS

A consultation is a 60-minute one-on-one confidential discussion with me about your immigration options. The discussion will include the options for your case, the proposed attorney fees and other costs, any additional research needed to fully advise you about your case, and potential risks and challenges.

After the consultation, if you want to move forward and I decide to take your case, I will send you a proposed contract with details about the representation, the fees and costs and the payment schedule. Having a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship, which only happens when we sign a written contract.

Consultations are at a flat fee of $300 – payment is due in full before the consultation. The consultation fee can be paid by credit card, Zelle, cash or personal check.

Consultations can be by Zoom or in person, but my preference is for a Zoom or telephone meeting, so that consultees do not have to travel and to reduce health risks. You do not have to have a Zoom account to have a virtual consultation. You only need a computer or smartphone and an internet or wi-fi connection.
